Packages are sent out within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If you’re not totally in love with your item, you can get a full refund or exchange if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. During the holiday season (Nov 1st to Dec 25th ), we will accept your return after the 14 days as long as it is received by January 15 of the following year.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and accessories attached. For exchanges or store credit only, we accept items received up to 45 days after purchase. Sale, discounted, and special order items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. A $25.00 shoe box fee will be imposed if footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by white lily.
Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.
If a return does not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any items that have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
